If you’ve ever found yourself staring at your to-do list, willing it to make sense… If you’ve had a brilliant idea one minute and then, somehow, you’re doomscrolling TikTok an hour later wondering where the time went… If you know you’re capable of so much more, but you just can’t seem to harness your brain’s full potential – I get it. I really get it.
And that’s why I am now offering 7 one-off ADHD and neurodiversity coaching sessions – because sometimes, you don’t need a whole programme.
Sometimes, you just need a reset, a game plan, and someone who actually understands how your brain works.
I don’t usually offer one-off sessions. This is the first time I have done it. But I get it - sometimes you just need 1 hour to power through your stuff. To feel focussed. To talk to someone who ‘gets it’.
So, what’s a one-off coaching session like?
Think of it as a deep dive into your brain. An hour of tailored, practical, neurodivergent-friendly coaching where we tackle whatever’s keeping you stuck. Overwhelmed by decision fatigue? Let’s streamline it. Feeling like you’re constantly firefighting but never actually doing the things that matter? Let’s get clarity. Need a strategy to work with your brain instead of against it? I’ve got you.
We’ll cut through the fluff and get straight to strategies, tools, and insights that actually make a difference. And, more importantly, we’ll find ways to make them stick
Why work with me?
I’m a certified ADHD coach, neurodiversity consultant, and keynote speaker who spends my life helping people understand and use their neurodivergent strengths. I have ADHD and was officially diagnosed at 43. So I get it. That’s why I don’t do cookie-cutter solutions – I meet you where you are, whether that’s in a state of complete overwhelm or just needing a nudge in the right direction.
Beyond coaching, I’m also a keynote speaker and neurodiversity advocate, sharing insights on ADHD, neurodiversity and inclusive workplaces. With years of experience working with individuals and businesses, I bring both personal and professional expertise to every session.
I am also a mum to two autistic / ADHD teens - both with ARFID and one with dyspraxia too (add in the the teen rollercoaster and it’s a fun one!) and I am married to Kelly my husband and business partner (also co-founder of Perfectly Autistic) who is also diagnosed autistic / ADHD. So I get the ups and downs of family, relationships and more.
Whether you are in a state of complete overwhelm or just needing a nudge in the right direction. I am here for you.
I also know that neurodivergent people don’t always thrive in rigid, long-term coaching programmes (because, let’s be honest, commitment can be hard and feel overwhelming). That’s why my one-off sessions are designed to give you real value in just one hour.
No fluff, no unnecessary frameworks – just practical, usable insights to help you move forward.
