The book that my therapist and ADHD support groups in which I participate consider to be the best book for people with ADHD, especially late diagnosed ADHD, is “Your Brain's Not Broken: Strategies for Navigating Your Emotions and Life with ADHD” by Tamara Rosier PhD. There is a companion workbook that is incredibly helpful.
I have been reading ADHD books like crazy since I was diagnosed five years ago at 52 and this one has made more of a difference in my day-to-day life than anything else.
I read and enjoyed Dirty Laundry by Rox and Rich Pink. Very easy read and quite relatable.
Love seeing ADHD knowledge being spread!

Thank you! I was just contemplating getting the book by Alex Partridge, and this has sealed the deal!
